青年參與｜國際論壇｜文化交流｜壯遊體驗
本論壇以「健康平權、包容照護與青年行動」為核心，透過政策圓桌、機構參訪、研究實作、健康倡議及文化壯遊，帶領參與者從政策、研究與社區實務等不同層面探索當代公共衛生議題。我們將以移工健康治理與結核病防治為論壇主軸，並走訪關愛之家，認識愛滋感染者面對的社會污名、健康照護與長期照顧需求。參與者亦將參與以 BMJ 醫學文獻探討與寄生蟲跑台為主軸的雙主題工作坊，透過分組協作、同儕審查、時事議題討論及實體標本觀察，培養文獻分析、批判思考與即時應答能力，並深化對飲食衛生、環境清潔及疾病預防的理解。
活動同時規劃以酒精不耐症為主題的無酒精交流之夜，以及三鶯原住民族部落壯遊，引導青年從健康平等、社會決定因素與文化安全的角度，理解不同群體的健康處境。透過跨國、跨校與跨領域交流，我們期待串聯亞太公共衛生青年，將全球視野轉化為具包容性與在地影響力的行動。

講師介紹
Dr. Kuan-Jen Bai 白冠壬 醫師
教授在結核病診療、抗結核藥物治療與多重抗藥性結核病研究中深耕，同時關注糖尿病、吸菸、空氣污染及移民族群等因素對結核病風險與疾病嚴重度的影響。現任萬芳醫院胸腔醫學中心主任、臺北醫學大學呼吸治療學系教授及胸腔內科主治醫師，致力於結合臨床照護、流行病學研究與公共衛生實務，提升結核病與肺部疾病的防治成效。

Dr. Bai possesses broad expertise in tuberculosis diagnosis and clinical management, anti-tuberculosis pharmacotherapy, and research on multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. His work also examines how diabetes, smoking, air pollution, and migration-related factors influence tuberculosis risk and disease severity. As Director of the Thoracic Medicine Center at Wanfang Hospital, Professor at Taipei Medical University, and an attending pulmonologist, he integrates clinical care, epidemiologic research, and public health practice to advance the prevention and management of tuberculosis and pulmonary diseases.

Prof.Hao-Jan Yang 楊浩然 教授
教授長期投入青少年心理健康、成癮與物質使用、移民家庭及跨文化健康研究，運用流行病學方法與大型健康資料庫，探討心理、家庭與社會環境對健康的影響。同時具有研究、教學與學術領導經驗，並致力於將實證成果轉化為公共衛生政策與健康促進策略。

Dr. Yang has long been dedicated to research on adolescent mental health, addiction and substance use, immigrant families, and cross-cultural health. By applying epidemiologic methods and large-scale health data analysis, he examines how psychological, familial, and social environments shape population health. With extensive experience in research, teaching, and academic leadership, he is committed to translating scientific evidence into public health policies and health promotion strategies.

Dr. Akihiro Ohkado 大角晃弘 醫師
教授目前於日本東京結核病研究所擔任研究員，並自2025年起擔任「國際合作與全球結核病資訊中心」主任。
研究與專業興趣包括日本國內及國際結核病防治、移民族群結核病防治、結核病流行病學、國際合作，以及菸害防制。
學歷

畢業於日本旭川醫科大學，取得醫學學位（MD）。 - 2003年11月
完成英國倫敦衛生與熱帶醫學院醫療服務管理碩士課程，取得理學碩士學位（MSc）。 - 2010年2月
完成日本東京順天堂大學博士課程，取得博士學位（PhD）。

The Professor have been working as a researcher at the Research Institute of Tuberculosis, Tokyo,
Japan. I have served as the head of the Centre for International Cooperation and Global
Tuberculosis Information since 2025.
Professor areas of interest have been in domestic and international tuberculosis control,
tuberculosis control among migrants, TB Epidemiology, International Cooperation, and
Tobacco control.
